These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the travo.ai mobile application ("App") and related services, operated by Sebastian Wild ("we", "us").
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

travo.ai is an iOS application for AI-powered travel planning that includes:
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts in case of severe or repeated violations of these Terms.
You retain all rights to content you create in the App (profile pictures, travel photos, itineraries, chat messages, bio text). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and deliver this content to other users (only as you have made it available) solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App.
You represent that your content:
We may remove content without prior notice if it violates these Terms.
travo.ai has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Any form of hate speech, harassment, sexual content, graphic violence, spam, fraud, or impersonation will result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the account without prior warning.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can report other users or their content (profiles, trip descriptions, chat messages) at any time via the report button in the App. Offending content is removed and responsible accounts are suspended without delay.
Blocking: You can block any user. Blocked users cannot see your profile, contact you, or appear to you in the App.

travo.ai offers paid Premium subscriptions in the following terms:
Current prices are displayed before purchase in the App and on the App Store of your country. A free trial is not currently offered.
The subscription contract is concluded exclusively through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed via your Apple ID account. Apple is the contracting party for the payment process; we do not receive any payment information.
Your subscription automatically renews for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple will charge your account for the renewal price within the 24 hours before the current period expires.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain Premium access until then.
Refunds are processed exclusively through Apple in accordance with the applicable Apple refund policy. Submit refund requests at: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This right expires once you start using digital content (i.e., the first successful access to a Premium feature), as you expressly consent to the early start of contract performance and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right by doing so.
travo.ai displays flight, hotel, and activity prices from third-party providers (including Travelpayouts, Skyscanner, Google Places). We are neither the provider nor the agent of these services. Bookings are made directly with the respective third party under their own terms.
Affiliate disclosure: Some booking links are affiliate links. When you book through these links, we receive a commission from the third-party provider. This does not increase your cost. This practice has no influence on which offers are shown to you.
Itineraries, recommendations, and text are partially or fully generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini). AI models can produce factually incorrect or outdated information ("hallucinations").
You are required to independently verify safety- or travel-critical information (visa requirements, flight and hotel times, opening hours, safety conditions at the destination, vaccination requirements) from original sources before making any booking. travo.ai is a planning tool, not a travel agency or travel guide.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act.
For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
Any liability beyond this – in particular for travel, booking, or consequential damages caused by faulty AI-generated recommendations or third-party content – is excluded.
We strive for the highest possible availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, technical disruptions, or third-party outages may cause temporary limitations.
We may amend these Terms when required for legal, regulatory, or product reasons. We will notify you of changes in advance via push notification or email. If you do not object within 30 days, the amended Terms are deemed accepted. If you object, you can cancel your subscription at the end of the current period.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers may also rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
Place of jurisdiction for merchants: Cologne, Germany.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
